Whole-body cryotherapy is a short exposure to very cold temperatures in a controlled environment. Many clients use it to support pain relief, recovery, and body-slimming goals as part of a consistent wellness routine.
Sessions are brief—typically just a few minutes. We’ll explain the exact timing and what to expect before you start, and we’ll monitor you throughout.
Wear dry undergarments and remove jewelry. We’ll provide guidance on required protective items (such as socks/foot protection and hand protection) so you’re comfortable and safe.
Cryotherapy is performed in a controlled setting with clear time limits and staff supervision. We review basic screening questions and walk you through the process before your first session.
Cryotherapy may not be appropriate for everyone. Common reasons to avoid include certain cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cold-related sensitivities, or other contraindications. If you’re unsure, please email us before booking.
If you are pregnant, have a chronic condition, or take prescription medications, check with your healthcare provider first. We’re happy to discuss your goals and help you decide whether to proceed.
Some people notice benefits after the first visit, while others prefer a series of sessions for best results. Packages can be a cost-effective way to stay consistent—see Pricing & Packages.
Many clients return to normal activity right away. If you’re training hard, cryotherapy is often used to support recovery—listen to your body and follow your coach/clinician guidance.
